Her story
Twenty years of moving rooms, not just informing them.
Vicky has been doing this work longer than most people realise. For over two decades, there's barely an audience she hasn't stood in front of, from classrooms to construction sites, sports clubs to government bodies, delivering sessions that move people, not just inform them. As a co-founder of Gotcha4Life, she shaped the practical tools behind the work: the conversations, the exercises, the moments where something real happens in a room.
In 2026 she took her own message to the TED stage in Vancouver as part of the TED Alumni programme. At DWA she leads commercial direction, building the partnerships and relationships that turn good intentions into lasting change.
